How To Download IDoc Into Local File/PDF


     Sometimes we would need to download the contents of  an IDoc into local file .We can download it in different formats such as HTML/PDF/ spreadsheet etc. There are two main  techniques used for downloading  idocs. Lets explore the options.


  • .       WE02


Obtain the idoc from WE02 . Select the option “Print Idoc”.  

 Choose the Export option as shown below. We can download as word document, excel  or even as a notepad file.

  • .       IDOC


Choose the option “Analyse IDoc field  Values”.In the  next screen, provide the idoc number.Similar to earlier approach, choose the  export option to download the doc contents  in word, excel or even as html file.
